HOMEWORK
These works are the first to be made in my studio space at home. The title 'Homework' alludes to my being a teacher as well as an artist.
The individual titles are usually derived from the content of the completed pictures. Glimpses of phrases from the papers, stamps or documents included in each piece often suggest a narrative, or an historical context. I hope the titles are 'open', not closing off other interpretations.
